ENEGRY SAVING GLASS

As all the materials we select for this system are all environmental friendly and energy saving type inclusive of low-E tempered glass, T5 energy saving lighting set, special smooth sliding pvc track. This will make the world a better and greener for our future generation.

Area Of Usage

	Island Freezer Fitted to any new and retrofitted to any branded european and japanese design of 1.5m width to 2.2m width of island freezer.

	Combination Freezer Fitted to the well section of the bottom freezer compartment.

	Multideck Showcase Fitting with sliding glass door.

Scope Of Work

Dismantling work

	To dismantle existing glass top cover of freezer.
	To dismantle or keep as where it is the center section cover of freezer.

Installation work

	To install pvc tracking with aluminium.
	To install new support for pvc tracking if necessary.
	To install new T5 lighting set.
	To install new glass heater.
	To install the sliding glass cover.
	To install new koxler YTYY energy saving fan motor.

Key Benefits

	Reduce energy consumption of at least 30% (Source: Tesco Malaysia & Tesco Thailand) In term of cost saving for example :- 1 line of freezer coupled with 30hp load of compressor; 30% = 30 x 0.3 x 20hr x 0.75 = 135 kwhr/day at electricity tariff rate of around RM 0.30 / kwhr = 135 x 0.4 x 30 x 12 SAVING PER YEAR = RM19,440.00 NOTE: the above may vary according to different country electricity tariff code

	Using T5 energy saving lighting set; as compare to the conventional T8 lighting set of 36watts / 4', the T5 lighting uses only 25watts / 4' which mean a saving of around 30% of electricity consumption.
